Cisco Bluesfest 08 dubbed FUNK A LICIOUS is again is proving to be a Stellar year. This Festival located on the banks of The Ottawa river in the Canadian province of Ontario, has now become world renowned and manages to attract some of the best acts one could imagine . With the addition of yet another stage totaling 5 at the main site, making way for a dizzying amount of back to back and simultaneous shows .One cannot help but be overwhelmed with excitement at the possibilities of performers. On any given day there are handfuls of major acts and upcoming bands. New this year is a easy flow system which allows you to travel hassle free from one stage to another with out checking through each time.

There are times when you think THIS is the best moment of my life and then an hour later there is another just around the corner.

Today alone ,performing various artists like Snoop dog, Johnny Winters , The Wailers ( Bob Marley's band ) and Infected Mushroom from Israel to name a few. Bluesfest is a unique opportunity to groove along with various people from different parts of the world.

There can never be enough music in ones life we are constantly searching for more and more . Here you get an opportunity to watch international and domestic bands you are curious about and there is a endless choice at the bluesfest. The bands have been handpicked and serious choices have been made for every age group . The eclectic line up is exciting ,listening to songs from the past and intriguing new music.
